Sphere Music Site doesn't recommend a specific browser as our team has not real preferences. Being a Microsoft Explorer a Firefox a Safari or a Netscape Navigator addict on PC or Macintosh platform, our site should normally be available and deliver access to all its available functions.
However, if you want to be able to display windows, menu and use all our site features, you will need a version 4 browser. The versions tested at Sphere for which we can certify that our site is available are the following :
- Microsoft Explorer 7.x with last service pack. We advise for XP users to install MSIE 8.0 for a better rendering of pages
- Microsoft Explorer 8.x with last service pack
- Microsoft Explorer 9.x with last service pack
- Microsoft Explorer 10.x with last service pack
- Microsoft Explorer 11.x with last service pack
- Firefox Explorer all versions starting 1.6 and including 3.x and 4.x version but last version recommended
- Safari for Windows all versions starting 2.0 to version 5 or more recommended
- Google Chrome all versions last version recommended.
- Safari for Macintosh all versions.
- Opera versions 10.10, 11.x and 12.x.
- Safari for Ios 5 and Ios 6 using Ipads and Iphones.
The versions not tested or not working and not supported are :
- Microsoft Explorer 4.x, 5.x and 6.X for Windows too old now
- Microsoft Explorer 4.5 for Macintosh. This version is too much bugged
- Microsoft Explorer 5.0 for Macintosh This version is too much bugged
- Netscape Navigator 4.6 or higher for Macintosh to old and no more used
- Netscape Navigator.4.x,6.x and 7.x for Windows to old, no more used and not supporting Javascript the right way
- Opera browsers. We have not tested them apart the version 10.10 or higher supported on Windows XP/Vista/W7.
- Aol self browsers. Aol environments cause problems with lifts, images compressions and java. We recommend to use the MSIE browser or Firefox in stand alone.
- All skins environment like Orange and so on can also cause errors. We recommend to use the native browser to bypass these tools.

Sphere site support various display settings
We advise to use 1280 * 1024 pixels using 32 bits color or more and small fonts ont the settings page of your PC display property or on your display settings if you are using a Macintosh. |
