Here is a list of the different categories of information that can be registred on our site. Some information is optional and have default values, other are required to create an account at Sphere Music or Sphere Shop.
- User information : Allows you to enter different fields related to you coordinates.
- Security : Security information is needed to bid and reserve items in our auctions rooms or second hand pages. User identifier and password are encrypted to allow you to use a secure connection and have a warranty that nobody except you can access your pages. The user identifier must be specified in the user form. The system will then send you directly an email to give you a password in order to complete your registration. Then, some special rights (to buy or sell items) might also be granted to you if needed and requested by our team.
- Currency : You can specify here the default currency for any pricing that will be used on our site. New products quotes, second hand prices as well as price range will then be displayed in the selected currency. Please pay attention that our auction are always using GBP and the Sphere Shop is using EUR for payments.
- News mail : Every month, Sphere will produce in the future a news bulletin. Special offers reserved to enrolled users as well as new products information will be included in our news. By selecting the news mode, you can receive a notification, the full bulletin or nothing at all. News can be received under html format (by default) but also on a text format.
- Preferences : These fields allows a user to define some preferences for his profile. Help level, session filtering and other options are available.
