 Model 1950's's Valve Mic Preamp
Description A 1950's valve mic preamp refurbished and put in a 19inch case in 2011 by Analogue Addicts. It's in great working order and sounds fantastic.

Analogue Addicts website

Their info: '4 valve model. This has been set up to give one direct mic/instrument input with input volume control, flat with no eq controls and one direct line level input also flat. This gives lots of input source options and plenty of gain. This is perfect for recording vocals, instruments or any other input you might want. I use these for recording vintage analog synths such as the minimoog and pro one. Very nice warm sound or drive it a bit harder for that classic 'fuzzy' distorted effect! Removed from a high end british recording equipment and adapted for modern studio use. To keep this as original as possible only a few components have been replaced for reliabity. Upgraded some capacitors and had a general clean and service. This has kept the magical sparkle valve sound which you just don't get with modern preamps and amps.'
