What is the situation if exchange rates fluctuate?

The definitive auction amount is always GBP. The bid you are contracting to make is always in GBP. Payments from UK and the rest of the world must be in GBP, and must pay the GBP amount shown on your invoice. Payments to you from VEMIA will pay the exact equivalent of the GBP amount in your currency, minus any currenciesdirect, com charge (typically less than 1%).

Currency may fluctuate in the time between the issuing of the invoice / credit note and the actual payment, but the definitive amount is always the GBP amount specified on the paperwork. We will not choose the more beneficial of two rates for the auction's benefit, and it is only reasonable to expect the same from clients.
