Folktek Wave Front Inverter |
| Description |
Rare handmade Folktek effects unit with patching capabilities, housed in a bakelite case with leather carrying handle. Like many of these earlier, handmade Folktek devices, it is esoteric and unpredictable. Essentially this is a delay/looper with some clearly labeled functions (method, feedback, input level, output level, effect on/off, loop on/off, etc.) and an intentionally unlabeled 20-point patchbay. The original monopin, cloth patch cables are included.
Note that this does not create sound on its own - it requires audio to be input via the input jack. In my experience, higher levels are better.
Also included is the handwritten manual and a 9V US power supply (center positive if you need to supply your own for your region).
I don't know how many of these were created. This might be the only one.
