I'm guessing that anyone looking to buy this synth will already know most of the details. The construction quality is truly fantastic, like an Italian sports car. The knobs are a joy to turn. The sound is extremely high quality. I would say a 60's/70's style sound, where it can do Radiophonic Workshop or more conventional tones. Jean-Michel Jarre is very fond of this model and has been using one with his live sets for the past few years. It has a large number of filter choices and routings. It sounds great alone, or connect a pedal or two and you can travel to other galaxies very easily.

I had wanted this synth for years, and it was too tempting to resist, but I live in a smaller house now and I really have to let the A4 go. Please note the fairly small scratch on the wooden casing. There are a couple of other smaller marks too. I genuinely cannot remember if they were there when I bought it. I've kept it covered when not in use.
