Original UK bought Bryston power amplifier
'ALL' 6B amplifiers (and 14B) were the first of the new 'SST' series with a membrain power switch being the obvious visual change from the previous traditional switch used in the ST series . The electronics were also updated including the output devices.
This IS a 6B SST , the power membrain and rear test says ST series as they were in the process of making the entire SST range .
The 6B is three (3) channel of the 4B SST so this is 3 channel of 250w into 8 ohm , Usually used as the LCR front amp but could be 2ch plus sub .
This is the 19 inch wide black front WITH rack mount locations and sits 4u high - It can also sit on a hifi stand / desk mount
The equivelant Bryston current RRP is £12,000 for a version 3 |
