Change of Terms and Conditions
Sphere reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without limitation, to amend its rules and policies without prior written notice.
Guarantees and Warranties
Sphere provides an intermediary service between sellers and buyers and therefore does not offer guarantee or warranty on any items sold. After acceptance, all sales are final.
Conflicts
Sphere is the sole arbitrator of all items listed for sale. Sphere, as sole arbitrator, reserves the right to reject or void any offers which are deemed not to be made in good faith and in accordance with our Policies. It is a violation of International law to use a false name to make an offer on an item or use an invalid credit card. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Fees and Commissions
Sphere charges the seller a variable rate commission for selling an item, depending on the sale type and the amount, based on the following lists:
- Eur 1.00 - Eur 1,000.00: 12%
- Eur 1,001.00 - Eur 5,000.00: 10%
- Eur 5,001.00 - Eur 10,000.00: 8%
- Eur 10,000.00+: 5%
- Sale performed through an auction: 10%
No fee is charged for listing an item in our database.
Payment Methods

Shipping
All items shipped from any of Sphere's locations will be done so in accordance with details specified by the seller unless other methods are requested by the buyer and are acceptable to the seller.
All shipping and insurance costs are to be paid for by the buyer. An estimate of these costs will be indicated on the initial invoice.
Buyer Protection
Sphere will provide buyers with a guarantee of satisfaction.
In order to protect the interests of buyers, Sphere will hold funds paid "in escrow" until items have been shipped, received and accepted by the buyer. Only after items have been received and accepted will Sphere make payment to the seller of the equipment. All items will be deemed "accepted" after two business days from time of receipt. In the event an item is unacceptable, contact Sphere within the two-day period for return authorisation. After receiving a return authorisation you must ship the item back via the method we request. The return shipping costs will be paid for by the buyer.
In the case of large and expensive items, Sphere suggests that the buyer inspect the item prior to completing the purchase, and/or the buyer should appoint an independent technician to perform tests and report back.
Item Descriptions
The condition and age of all items will be described. The manufacturer name and model number, features and options included will be provided when available. Descriptions are provided by the seller and represent the seller's opinion. Sphere does not inspect the merchandise and does not represent or guarantee that the merchandise is as described.
Damaged and Defective Items
Unless stated otherwise, all items are sold "AS IS" and are non-returnable. For items damaged during shipment an insurance claim will be made to the shipper by Sphere. In most cases a replacement will not be available. The buyer may request either a repair or a refund. To receive proper credit you must request a 'return authorisation for damaged goods and Sphere will contact the shipper for pickup.
