Polymoog 203A Synth (early version) |
Description |
An original Polymoog fully-functioned synth, serial number 3137, an early one from when they were called Keyboard, before the slimmed-down preset Keyboard was introduced. (Still after the factory improvement s/n#3000 onwards which improved roadworthiness and maded the harpsichord a bit beefier.)
This is in very nice cosmetic condition – just missing the horrible fablon bits on the end-cheeks, and having some wear on the program number buttons. Fully serviced by Polymoog experts Hideaway in late October 22. Dani did this audio recording then, while checking the keyboard response with piano-like sounds: https://soundcloud.com/hideaway-studio/1977-polymoog-pm203a-piano-test-051122
She also worked on this actual instrument about seven years ago, when she did a thorough restoration for the same owner. Another recording from then, which she likes because it shows some more unusual Polymoog aspects: https://soundcloud.com/hideaway-studio/horizon-pm203a .
A super example for a sensible start price. These are great instruments. VEMIA packing: 40GBP.
