LM-1 for COMPLETE RESTORATION |
Description |
Like the preceding lot (Emu SP12), this is believed to be the first bought by a UK hire company - Octave Hire. This probably had an even more amazing roster of early users. As you'll see from the photos, it is in need of total restoration - but if there's any drum machine that's worth putting in the time and money on, it has to be the LM-1. No internal photos available (it's now in storage far from the seller's location) but it's guaranteed not to have had parts removed from it. As the sticker says 110V on the back of the LM-1, we've changed the voltage to that.
It would be surprising if a UK hire machine was 110V, but maybe early on that was the only way you could get an LM-1. VEMIA can collect and pack: 24GBP. |
