Model Kobol Expander & Programeur *n/p?*
Description 125GBP start price to beat! Absolute synth legends in a pretty neat wooden box. One question: if it is Programeur, why isn't it Expandeur? Anyway, probably the reason this hasn't been used much in its life is that when it arrived here, not a lot was happening. The reason: the ribbon cable that comes out of the Programeur was hard-wired to the Expander - and that, although it would have seemed reasonable to whoever connected them in the long-distant past, isn't how the two go together - google it to find out more. So now everything is functioning, using patchleads. ***NB latest tech report warns of problems in the Programeur thanks to corrosion - more details when known. Basically, one day it works fine... and three other days, it doesn't.*** The Expander is working fine. Very nice cosmetic condition, although the case could do with four more rack screws. One of the greatest and rarest analogue rackmount synths, and with the programmer/sequencer (much rarer, even if unreliable!). Nice. Packing 8GBP - safer not to include an IEC mains lead, so please provide your own.
